Providence Cattle Company started over 10 years ago, in Dade City, Florida. Back then, our cattle were raised in the traditional commercial way, with grain. Now, we have found a whole new way to raise our cattle after demand from our customers. We did extensive research and reached out to our rancher friends throughout Central Florida and came together on how to properly raise and finish steers that would deliver an incredible taste with just the right amount of marbling. The buzz about our great tasting beef spread quickly and, before long, our meats became favorites in local grocery stores and popular Tampa Bay area restaurants.
The Providence Cattle Company process is extremely important to us, and we take great pride in working with small, independent U.S family ranchers. Our pasture land requires us to raise grass-fed beef properly, and we ensure this quality process by still partnering with our local ranching community. By monitoring the herds and grasses, ensuring that the steers gain weight naturally, and are finished on high protein legumes for just the right amount of time, we are able to proudly offer quality protein.
